The highlight of the evening is the live disgorgement of a treasure trove sparkling wine—a fascinating moment that impressively brings craftsmanship, precision, and passion to life. The tasting is accompanied by selected VAUX sparkling wines and complementary finger foods that harmoniously highlight the diversity and elegance of our sparkling wines.
