When some of Germany’s finest sparkling wine producers gather at VAUX on the Rhine, the result is a truly special culinary experience. Together with Johannisberger Sekthaus, Barth, F.B. Schönleber, Raumland, and Motzenbäcker by Marie Menger-Krug, we present exceptional sparkling wines, all produced exclusively using traditional bottle fermentation, which impressively reflect the diversity of German sparkling wine culture.

Look forward to excellent sparkling wines made from Riesling and Burgundy grape varieties, a creative gourmet lunch featuring seasonal specialties from the river, sea, forest, and countryside, as well as the lively sounds of the Frankfurt Swing All Stars, who will provide musical accompaniment throughout the afternoon.
